Skreened Returns & Exchanges

Your Order Is Custom Printed Just For You. Let Us Help With Any Concerns.
Is Your Order Already Placed And You Need To Make A Change?
Please email us at help@skreened.com and we will do our best to update your order with your changes. We only have a 2 hour window after an order is placed in which to make a change (every order is custom printed; we take great care to make sure your specifications are honored). In the event you reach us after this window, we will be happy to accept your exchange or return, no questions asked.
Do You Have A Concern With Your Order That Has Already Arrived?
Please send a photo of the item to help@skreened.com along with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.
Need To Make A Return or Exchange?
We are happy to accept your return or exchange if the order was placed within the previous 30 days.
Please return your order with the original order form (or a note with your order number—this can be found in your confirmation email).
Once received, we will send Skreened credit for the original order amount to your email. You can use this credit at checkout to receive a new custom order that's your perfect fit.
Just enter the Skreened credit code at checkout in the “Add A Coupon Or Gift Code” field. Make sure to click “Add” to see your credit apply.
